Villa Maya est une villa exclusive avec piscine privée située dans une splendide position face à la mer à Marina di Modica, petite localité balnéaire sur la côte sud de la Sicile. Entourée d’un jardin luxuriant, cette prestigieuse résidence dispose de terrasses panoramiques vastes et bien équipées, d’où on peut jouir d’une imprenable vue sur la mer. A ces espaces externes magnifiques viennent s’ajouter les pièces intérieures accueillants de la villa, distribués en deux corps de fabrique qui donnent sur la grande piscine. Meublés en style contemporain, ils disposent de neuf chambres à coucher climatisées, de huit salles de bains luxueuses, deux cuisines, deux séjours et un salon, qui permettent d’accueillir facilement jusqu’à 18 personnes. La villa est en outre dotée d’une zone fitness exclusive ainsi que de tout le confort moderne, y compris la climatisation, le chauffage, la poste de travail informatique avec connexion Wi-Fi, la station d'accueil Ipod, le TV satellite, le lave-linge, le lave-vaisselle et le coffre-fort. A quelques kilomètres de cette incroyable villa de rêve, idéale pour passer des vacances relaxantes à la mer se trouvent les petites villes baroques de Modica, Scicli, Ragusa Ibla et Noto, mais aussi Marina di Ragusa avec ses nombreux établissements nocturnes et tous les autres lieux du commissaire Montalbano, parmi lesquels Sampieri, Punta Secca et le Castello di Donnafugata.

Tout était parfait, le tour en bateau d’une beautiee éblanissante avec des attentions gustatives extraordinaires. Le repas avec notre cuisinière “particuliere” était une soirèe hors du temps. Beautiful! Comfortable! Perfect! We loved our stay at this gorgeous villa. Everything was perfect. Our hostess was incredibly helpful and the villa was expertly mantained. She was responsive to all our needs. The views are spectacular! The sparkling pool was perfect for cooling off. The food was incredible and able to meet our special needs, like the gluten-free, fish and vegetarian. We will carry with us so many beautiful, and warm memories of our experience.

We had a fabulous week in Villa Maya. The houses are great spacious clean and comfortable. The Gardens are beautiful. Sounds of the birds and the ocean all day long. We spent many hours on the terraces and some took advantage of the exercise room and we all spent time walking the beach front. We were 14 family members and friends and everyone's has memories of the fabulous dinners and beautiful breakfasts. Pina and Simonetta created delicious Sicilian dishe,s many with the fruits and vegetables from their own gardens and homemade pastas. Delicious! We miss the villa and the kind and gracious hosts. Wir haben uns in dem wunderschönen Haus vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt. Von den Aufmerksamkeiten waren wir überwältigt und die Kinder haben das Buffet geplündert. Nachdem ersten Sturm konnte auch der Pool von den sieben Kids gestürmt werden. Dieser Fleck Erde ist für uns etwas Besonderes. Wir lieben Italien.

It was an outstanding spot to enjoy a wonderful holiday. The villa is fabulous, very well equipped, modern and spacious - the children enjoyed the pool and Maurizio and his housekeeper provided outstanding service, quickly responding to questions and offering recommendations. I throughoutly enjoyed our two weeks in Marina di Modica and would certainly return both to the area and the villa.

First time to Sicily, enjoyed an incredible warm welcome at villa maya from owner Maurizio, a beautiful presentation of local food and wine which we enjoyed very much. As three families, making a number of 17 people, we were always relaxed with plenty of space. We were delighted with the location with a plethora of restaurants and a eye catching view of the sea infront. We loved the house, the garden, facilities, views, location and Maurizio's hospitality.

A spectacular villa with service to match! A paradise within the paradise that Sicily is. Thank you for making our stay absolutely wonderful.
