Salinella est une belle villa confortable avec piscine privée située aux alentours de Trapani, antique et élégante petite ville à l’extrémité ouest de la Sicile. La demeure se dresse aux bords de la réserve naturelle des Salines de Trapani, depuis des siècles destinés à l’activité d’extraction du sel. Importante zone humide gérée par le WWF, la réserve avec les moulins caractéristiques constitue une zone de halte pour le phénicoptère rose et d’autres dizaines d’espèces d’oiseaux, sur leur trajet migratoire vers l’Afrique. La villa, récemment restructurée, est entourée d’un jardin luxuriant bien soigné avec pelouse dans lequel se trouve la splendide piscine à débordement et d’amples terrasses panoramiques bien équipées, où il est agréable de se retrouver pour le diner ou le petit-déjeuner en plein air ou simplement jouir de la splendide vue sur le merveilleux paysage environnant. Constituée de la maison principale et de la dépendance, cette résidence dispose d’espaces intérieurs lumineux et accueillants. La maison principale comprend un séjour avec cheminée et zone repas, une cuisine et un second séjour, cinq chambres doubles et cinq salles de bains. Alors que la dépendance, dispose de deux autres chambres doubles avec salle de bain privée et petite coin cuisine en commun. La villa dispose en outre de climatisation, Wi-Fi, receveur satellite, installation hi-fi, lave-linge et lave-vaisselle. Point de départ parfait pour effectuer d’intéressantes excursions, Salinella se trouve à quelques minutes de voiture seulement de la plage de Marausa Lido et des centres historiques de Trapani et Marsala. A proximité le bourg médiéval d’Erice, les temples de Ségeste et Sélinonte, les Iles Egades et la Réserve du Zingaro avec la célèbre plage de San Vito lo Capo, lesquels méritent également plus d’une visite.

Um diese schöne Insel zu erkunden, haben wir uns für diese Villa entschieden. Die Lage war optimal, ruhig und doch in Stadtnähe. So eine schöne, gepflegte und weitläufige Anlage mit einer hübschen und praktischen Inneneinrichtung haben wir selten gesehen. Thank you so much for everything, you were so attentive and all your tips made our stay outstanding. We liked your villa and the gardens - and spent much more time by the pool than we thought. Our top tips: - the boat trip from Columbus - Segesta and Segesta terme (the wet springs) were a wonderful day out - Il faro lido in San Vito lo Capo (mid-week!) - Trapani along the sea wall, especially the ice cream shop. Some of us swam too and loved it.

Thank you for a wonderful holiday! We loved your beautiful villa right on the beach and the garden was delightful - especially the smell of the honeysuckle "jasmine". It was great to have your chef come to the villa and cook for us - so good we did it twice and with delicious wine pairing too. Torre di Nubia just around the corner was a great restaurant too.

What can we say, all 13 of us had a holiday of a lifetime! We went to three authentic Italian restaurants, a boat trip that we will never forget and the villa is wow! All this is thanks to Michele and his helpful but unobtrusive recommendations. We loved our day trips out and about as well as our down, relaxed and chill days. The children absolutely loved the pool and never wanted to get out.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 14 Personen und haben eine Woche im Haupthaus (10 Personen) und dem kleineren Gästehaus (4 Personen und ein Baby) verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt und lässt keine Wünsche offen, insbesondere der Pool ist spitze! Wir können die Unterkunft jedenfalls empfehlen.

Siamo state ospiti di Salinella a metà luglio 2021, 4 mamme e relativi figli. La casa è perfetta per vivere una vacanze insieme, condividere spazi (cucina, berceau, sala, piscina, …) ma permettere a ognuno di avere i proprio spazi personali (ogni camera è dotata di bagno privato!). Piscina bella, ma non enorme come magari può sembrare dalle foto. Il padrone di casa forse un po’ troppo presente. Zona molto bella: in mezzo alle saline, ma non troppo isolata. Si raggiunge a piedi la torre (e relativo ristorante favoloso, consigliato!), Trapani e la zona di Marsala. Assolutamente consigliata la prenotazione con di CasainSicilia. A parte la questione ombrellone, ci siamo trovate bene e potremmo fare un’altra vacanza l’anno prossimo

we were 8 persons in an immense house each bedroom was clean with closet space. With 3 master bedrooms and bathrooms and two slightly smaller rooms with a bathroom. Swimming pool clean, the grounds were well kept. The beds were comfortable. The owner of the property was hands-on, providing useful suggestions. Indoor and outdoor dining area and sitting area. gated with an electric door. It is a farmland property, you see the ocean but not accessible and 4-5 kilometers to Trapani. You need a car. No shortage of hot water. The sound of the birds early morning is still chipping in our minds

Great place to stay to enjoy Sicily. We have travelled to many places and enjoyed great experiences and I can say this was a wonderful place to stay. A beautiful and spacious house, well looked after by Michele, who was always helpful and around to help. We enjoyed the peace, the pool (although very cold at this time of the year!) and discovering this part of Sicily with our two young children.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house and its scenic setting. Michele was a very attentive host and went to great lenghts to make sure our holiday was a highly enjoyable one. The good setting worked perfectly for our party of 9 which included children of 4 and 8. The children particularly enjoyed the visits of the butterflies and small birds as they dipped over the water. Great time had by all.

We had a great time in this Villa. Michele, the proprietor, is a very nice and cool gentleman and he makes sure that you will enjoy your stay. The garden is very nice, the pool new and clean. A part of the garden gives you fresh vegetables every day (tomatoes with real taste as you do not know it back home from the supermarket, eggplants, zucchini, melons etc.). The kitchen is fully equipped. You will not miss a tool. A lot of space in the villa. 2 Wlan systems, one inside, one outside. A 5 star recommendation.
