Splendide villa avec piscine privée située à quelques kilomètres du fascinant centre historique de Syracuse et de la mer. En plein milieu d’un jardin méditerranéen vert et soigné, la villa dispose d’une grande terrasse équipée pour déjeuner à l’extérieur et d’une belle piscine chauffée. Un chemin caractéristique en pierre qui mène à la villa et qui se développe sur des niveaux décalés. A l’étage du dessous, il y a deux chambres à coucher, deux salles de bain, une pièce pour les massages et la buanderie. Le rez de chaussée surélevé comprend un grand salon avec une cheminée, la cuisine avec un coin repas, une chambre double et deux salles de bain dont l’une avec un jacuzzi. Depuis le séjour, une échelle en bois mène à la mansarde qui accueille une autre chambre double ainsi qu’une salle de bain privée. Ces pièces intérieurs confortables, finement meublés et climatisés, disposent de tout le confort le plus moderne comme internet Wi-Fi, TV satellite, Ipod dock station, chaîne Hi-Fi, coffre-fort, lave-linge, lave-vaisselle et chauffage. L’emplacement stratégique de la villa - à quelques minutes en voiture du centre historique de Syracuse - permet de rejoindre avec praticité Noto, Modica et Ragusa Ibla, les Réserves Naturelles de Pantalica, Cassibile et de Vendicari.

Thank you for a lovely week in southern Sicily! We were very comfortable here and enjoyed the pool and garden. Recommended visiting Marzamemi for the beach and restaurants and Noto for shops and and peaceful setting. Ortigia is lovely too, the fish market is fabulous and on evening stroll to whatch the sunset by the sea is lovely. The local village has a great cafè for morning granita and coffee in company of locals. The pizza place was fantastic for family evening take out. We love italy and have visited a lot of different places. Sicily did not disappoint. We loved visiting Ragusa, Noto, Marzamemi and Siracusa. We think there is a nice bach at Marzamemi for the children. Antony was amazing and worked hard to ensure we were comfortable. The villa gardens are very beautiful and the children loved the pool. The table tennis was also a big hit. Everything was well organised and many things supplied that you wouldn't normally expect. All in all a lovely family holiday.

We had a wonderful week at your lovely villa. We all loved the pool and the garden with great lunch on the terrace. We had some great days and nights in Siracusa/Ortigia, and highly recommend a trip to Taormina, Noto and Ragusa. Many thanks to Anthony for all his efforts cleaning the pool for us and making us feel welcome on arrival.

We had two splendid weeks at your lovely villa in Syracusa. The first with our son and family from England and the second with our daughter and young family from Sweden. The spacious accommodation, super pool and attractive garden were great for everyone. We enjoyed trips to Etna, Ortigia - including a boat trip, and Arenella beach but were content to spend much of our time here. We appreciated your welcome gifts and the excellent service provided each day by Antony.

What an incredible house, what an unforgettable outside area! We enjoyed every bit of it and loved the “Asian touch” of the interior! Being only a couple we almost felt lost in the huge house, so we promise to come back once our family grows bigger.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana nella villa di Alessandro e siamo rimasti molto felici. L'accoglienza era perfetta. Abbiamo celebrato il nostro matrimonio in Sicilia e siamo stati molto felici. Sopratutto l'assistente è stato sempre disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. S. ci faceva la colazione e andava pure a fare la spesa per noi. Vogliamo ringraziarlo perchè ci ha sempre aiutato in qualsiasi situazione. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

A superior very well equipped villa well presented in a location allowing convenient access to the historic sites of Siracusa (Ortigia) and other towns in the South East. The booking agents Di CasainSicilia I found on the web, they proving to be most helpful with all my questions, answering my e-mails and telephone calls promptly. (Thank you Melinda, Barbara, Nunzio and Antonio). The villa key holder Massimo who lives close by was both charming and very helpful. His recommendations for restaurants etc very useful with nothing too much trouble. We were unable to locate the villa driving down from Catania late in the evening but a telephone call to Massimo resulted in his meeting us in the local village, to guide us in. Both Massimo and his assistant Sanja were always on hand if we needed anything at all.. The Agents whilst new to me are it appears well established and represented in several countries including Holland Italy and India. Am happy to recommend them to my friends and family in UK and in particular the Villa Profumo D’oriente.
