Villa Carolina est une belle villa avec piscine d'eau salée située à côté de Noto, élégante ville qui fait partie du patrimoine de l’Unesco, elle est considérée comme la capitale du baroque sicilien. Restructurée récemment, la villa est une ancienne résidence caractérisée par des environnements internes lumineux et accueillants qui comprennent au rez de chaussée un grand séjour avec cheminée, une cuisine, une chambre double et une salle de bain. Depuis le séjour, une échelle mène au premier étage où il y a trois autres chambres et deux salles de bain. Depuis l’extérieur, on accède à une grande pièce avec une cuisine rustique avec un four en bois et avec une buanderie. La villa dispose aussi de climatisation, d’internet Wi-Fi, d’une TV satellite, d’un coffre-fort et d’un lave-vaisselle. A l’extérieur les grandes terrasses ensoleillées de la villa et la belle piscine invitent à la détente à l’extérieur. L’emplacement pratique de la Villa Carolina permet ensuite d’effectuer des excursions intéressantes aux environs. En quelques kilomètres on rejoint Syracuse et Ortigia, Modica, Ragusa et les autres villages de Val di Noto, la Villa Romana del Tellaro, Marzamemi et les Réserves Naturelles de Cavagrande del Cassibile et de Vendicari.

We had a wonderful week in Villa Carolina. The villa is very well equipped, offers plenty of space and the pool and area around it is just splendid. The villa is ideally suited for visiting Noto and Siracusa. We also really enjoyed eating in the many restaurants in Marzamemi. I would highly recommend visit to Villa Carolina. We were really lucky as the weather was amazing all week. Thank you

We stayed at Roberta and Luigis wonderful Villa Carolina for a week in may 2023. The house is simply amazing! It is spacious with nice décor, large bedrooms and bathrooms and two kitchens. The “outdoor” kitchen was where we spent most time. It is large and cozy and had all you needed to cook a nice meal, including a big pizza oven. We were seven people living in the house – both children and adults – and the house suited all our needs. The house was spotless and so clean, and we couldn’t have found a better place as our base in Sicily. We have enjoyed the entire house, but especially the "outdoor" kitchen has been used for cozy dinners, drinking wine, playing cards and talks about the daily excursions. The garden, the terraces and the pool area were just as beautiful as the house itself, and we enjoyed every moment here. The house is situated near Noto, and there is a good pizzeria a five minute walk from the house if you want take away. In addition to the house our hosts were the friendliest people ever. They came to see us a couple of times to make sure that everything was okay, they gave us tips on what to see nearby, and they even brought us a delicious cake on a rainy day. Sicily is an amazing place and combined with hospitality like this we would recommend everybody to visit Sicily and Villa Carolina.

This was one of the best villas we have ever stayed at. We love exploring, and we go to a different place every summer, but Villa Carolina is the first villa that all of us, especially the kids, immediately said "we must come back here!" Both the indoors and the outdoors are amazing. The house is a stylishly renovated early 18th century mansion, and it really makes you feel at home. It is spacious, comfortable, furnished with taste, and very well equipped. But the true gem of Villa Carolina is the swimming pool! It's large, with split depth (half of it is more than 2 meters deep, half of it is slightly more than 1 meter deep) so you can both swim and play, and kids fell in love with it. The garden is very green, and with its three terraces provides plenty of space to relax in the evening. Thank you very much for a wonderful welcome, your hospitality and kindness. We had a very relaxing and enjoyiable time at your Villa Carolina. It was too short for everything to see and do, but hope to come back. Was für ein wunderschönes Haus! Wir haben uns hier alle sehr wohl gefühlt und unseren Urlaub hier sehr genossen. Sehr empfehlenswert fanden wir auch die Pizzeria"La Pineta Noto", wo wir freundlich empfangen wurden und mehrfach äußerst lecker gegessen haben!

Such a lovely property! We loved it. A fantastic house and the pool was really good. We mostly did our cooking in the "outdoor" kitchen but we were also out and eating on restaurants. In some rooms the airconditioning can be a little lend but it was ok, we used it all the time. Amazing views from the terrace above the pool, the beaches nearby are worth a shot, but also the centrum of Noto. We were also in Taormina. They had the best view! All in all it was amazing!

Noto - fantastic village with original taste of Italian, no tourists. All was near: markets, good restaurants in Noto. The villa is super located. We drove to Marzamemi and rented a boat for a day, we drove to Syracusa for some shopping, etc. Our best regards to very nice owners!

A very nice villa with very tasteful interior and 2 well equipped kitchens. Situated quietly in very close vicinity to Noto. This house leaves no desires open. Also the pool is fantastic. Deep enough for adults and has a shallow part for children. The sunroofs are huge and inviting. After 2 great weeks we didn't want to leave.

We had a wonderful time at Villa Carolina. Angelo at Di Casa in Sicila helped us so much with the property search, and we ultimately stayed at the first property he suggested "Villa Carolina".......which was AMAZING! The villa was exactly as shown in the photo\'s and was of a VERY HIGH STANDARD.....infact some photo\'s from the poolside deck overlooking the picturesque hills would make it even more appealing. the standard of cleanliness was very high and furnishings were high class. The owners Alfonso and Carolina did everything to make sure everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. A WONDERFUL HOLIDAY EXPERIENCE! Thank you everyone!

The property was fantastic and Dottor Belfiore and his wife were really great people who helped with everything. A very big thank you to them. They came all the way down from Catania to say hello on day of arrival and bye on day of departure. One suggestion that would be good to have in the property is a ramp for the pushchair so that we don't have to lift the pushchair up the stairs.
