Cala Mancina est une villa belle et confortable dotée de piscine privée qui se trouve aux alentours de San Vito lo Capo, station touristique renommée de la Sicile occidentale. La résidence possède un jardin soigné et luxuriant abritant une piscine magnifique avec solarium et des terrasses spacieuses bien équipées (barbecue, coin repas), où il est agréable de se retrouver pour les dîners et les petits déjeuners en plein air. Composée de la maison principale et d'une dépendance, cette villa dispose de pièces intérieures accueillantes et bien divisées, meublées avec goût et équipées de tout le confort moderne : climatisation, Internet wifi, télévision par satellite, chaîne Hifi, lave-linge, four et micro-ondes. La maison principale comprend le salon avec cheminée décorative, la cuisine, deux chambres à coucher et deux salles de bain. Alors que la dépendance accueille la troisième chambre à coucher avec salle de bain privée. Située à quelques centaines de mètres de la plage et du centre de San Vito Lo Capo, Cala Mancina constitue également le point de départ idéal pour des excursions intéressantes : de la réserve naturelle Zingaro et le village de Erice, en passant par le centre historique de Trapani, le temple impressionnant de Ségeste, les marais salants anciennes de Trapani et de Marsala, jusqu’à l’archipel des îles Egadi.

Such a beautiful villa made even better by such a warm and accommodating host. The town was lovely to spend the evening after a relaxing day by the pool. We especially liked the restaurants Crik e Crok and Profumo di Cous Cous (I would highly recommend the shrimp pasta!) Hope to return Kind regards Gill, Rob and Giuly James

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The pool is magnificent and we spent hours relaxing in and beside it. We found the beach too hot during the day, so suggest to go from around 5pm. In town we really loved Salumeria Enoteca Peraino and Taverna – Must try the meatballs. Overall a perfect holiday. Sam, Liza, Edward and Tomas

Thank you so much for the use of your beautiful holiday home. So much thought has gone to providing a very relaxing and fun retreat. The outdoor area is particularly magnificent. We have had a wonderful stay in the villa, beautiful pool and location. Lovedthe tabletennis and bbq area. The boys loved the “Love Island” outside shower. Roberto was very helpful during ourstay. We loved walking around the caves and the rock pools. Had a fantastic boat trip with our Capitano Leonardo, who enjoyes a guinness with us after! We have had a wonderful stay is the villa, beautiful pool and location. Loved the table tennis and barbecue area. The boys loved the "Love Islan" outside shower. Roberto was very helpful during our stay. We loved walking around the caves and the rock pools. Had a fantastic book trip with our Captain Leonardo (Sea Dream) who enjoyed a guinness with us after! Roberto + family, We have had a wonderful week at Cala Mancina with our family. The outside space was perfect for relaxing and our 15 year-old son to explore. We enjoyed walking into San Vito for ice cream at Belli Freschi and coffees + croissants at Bar La Sirenetta. We explored Trapani, including a walk along the front as recommended and took the car up to Erice, which was really fun! Two 'longer' walks - one via the lighthouse to town and the second a 4 km at Riserva Naturale dello Zingaro. This was beautiful and we arrived early enough to have the white pebble beach to our selves. Wonderfully well-equipped house and kitchen. Thank you for a wonderful holiday! We loved staying in your villa, you were so welcoming and your villa provides everything we could have asked for. The pool is amazing, we loved spending time in it. We had been dreaming of spending time in a beautiful part of Italy since our 20th anniversary 21 years ago. We selected San Vito lo Capo and found your villa Cala Mancina. It turned out to be much more than we expected. So wonderful! Starting with the owners kind welcome at the house and thoughtful treats for us. Then we experienced every one of their suggestions for fun experiences nearby, including a bike ride and swim at Cala mancina behind the villa and a visit to the cave. A trip to Erice, Segesta, Mozia and two boat excursions to the Egadi islands of Favignana and Levanzo which were spectacular! We loved Scopello and had many swims and a dinner in town. The pool is fantastic and we swam everyday and loved the garden and the flowers surrounding the pool and outdoor showers. Thanks for the lovely two weeks - art, pillows, comfortable furniture and beautiful plats, bowls and ceramics. All of your choices around the house were appreciated - lighting too!
